《十三势行功心解》出自李仲之手

<DIV> 李仲，字峰，号仲元，化号大亮，生于万历二十六年，卒于康熙一十八年。天启年河内学府文武双修，曾与弟李岩，陈沟故表陈奏庭千载寺拜师创拳，助陈奏庭考举考官不平之抱打，革辞避开封杞县姨母家传拳，后堂弟李牟牵诱入李自成农民起义军队伍为将，李岩被杀后仲解甲离闯营赴浙江投奔弟李俊传拳为生。因李牟、李岩同时被李自成下令所杀，李牟的儿子李怀功身无所依，便跟随李仲一起投奔李俊，终习拳成师，后到福建传拳。《十三势行功心解》正是李仲在这期间留下的精典论著。</DIV>
